ponge Cake / Swiss Roll Recipe
Ingredients:
- Ramco White Cake Mix: 1000 grams (6 cups)
- Water: 550 grams (2 1/8 cups)
Preparation Method:
Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl. Mix for 1 minute on low speed. Scrape the mixture from the sides and mix for another 5 minutes on high speed.
Baking Instructions:
Bake at 200-210°C for 30-35 minutes (depending on the oven type).
